4 Androstene-3b-ol, 17-one: Heart and soul of 4-AD RD because it is what provides the muscle cells with hormones that are meant to increase muscle strength and endurance.
Hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin: Facilitates the absorbtion of 4 Androstene-3b-ol, 17-one into the skeletal muscle tissues.
F-Melt: Allows for you to place the capsule under the tongue by aiding in the dissolving process. This makes the process quicker and more effective.

4-AD RD uses ingredients like Hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin and F-Melt that make the dissolving and absorption process much more efficient. This supplement can also improve testosterone levels which can help during workouts.
Cons
What the makers of 4-AD RD don’t tell you is that the active hormone in their product, 4 Androstene-3b-ol, 17-one is a variation of a hormone that has been tested and shown not effective in increasing muscle strength and size. In these tests, they found that the hormone can increase testosterone levels, but does not have any direct effect on the muscle tissue.
Also, there is no many back guarantee so not only are we skeptical of this product not working, but if it really doesn’t work for you then though luck.
Final Thought
While 4-AD RD may seem to have potential, we have a hard time recommending it because of the research we found on their only active hormone. They claim to have a formula that allows for a quicker dissolving and absorption process, but that doesn’t mean anything if the ingredient that is being absorbed proves ineffective.
