Our Take
Sadly, All-American EFX Pro has received negative reviews from most customers. There haven’t been many results to hear of, in fact. Fortunately, this product is inexpensive and so it’s not a terrible investment if you do choose to experiment and see if it works as a nitric oxide booster for you. We would like to advise you in advance–however, that the ingredient matrix in this product is fairly weak. The ingredients included seem either siding on the filler end of things, or have little to conclusive evidence (scientifically) to produce any sort of significant effect in workouts. Even arginine, the long standing love child of the weight-lifting community, has very little scientific backing as a nitric oxide booster. It certainly works as a vasodilator, which is why athletes generally feel a difference–but in studies it shows that nitric oxide production does not increase, particularly in short intervals like most pre-workouts claim.
