AlphaFury is a new pre-workout blend that ignites the body with glycine, beta alanine, l-carnotine, and waxy maize. This arginine and creatine-free blend is fairly unique to most on the market these days, and targets energy from a different stance than many. But this is a crowded era of sports nutrition, AlphaFury has a lot of competition, will it stack up?

AlphaFury combines glycine, beta alanine, L-carnotine, waxy maize, caffeine, glucuronolactone, and a slough of other ingredients to provide the body with both a healing and stimulating environment. The beta alanine in the blend works to provide the body with carnosine, which helps to amplify muscle fibers–making them immune to the effects of lactic acid (which creates fatigue). No fatigue means a longer more effective workout. Waxy Maize is also an endurance extender. Waxy maize is processed from corn starch to create glutamine in the body. Glutamine is stored within muscle tissue and works within the ATP cycle to enhance energy outflow and increase healing nutrient that retain muscle. Glycine works the same way. L-carnotine helps the body eliminate fat storage and replaces it with muscle. Glucuronolactone helps the body support its joint and lubricates them so things work smoother. The inclusion of caffeine in the blend helps the mind stay sharp and focused during workout so you can reach your workout potential.

AlphaFury has no amounts of ingredients available on their website, and so its difficult to tell you how each of these products play a role in the blend. But we can tell you that its claims are nonsensical without studies to back them–which they lack. We would strongly advise you to look elsewhere for your pre-workout supplementation and so keep in mind that any product that doesn’t give you percentages and amounts should be dismissed.
