Ingredient Profile
AST Anabolic Rush combines: Beta-alanine, BCAA’s, arginine, glutamine, taurine, and creatine to optimize workout intensity.
L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine are the anabolic threesome that create the term Branched Chain Amino Acids. They make up 40% of protein found in muscle tissue and are the most potent anabolic amino acids.
Beta-Alanine thickens muscle fibers, blocking out the effects of lactic acid which can make you feel sore and miserable.
Arginine works as a natural vasodilator that works to increase levels of blood flow and nutrients directly into muscle–also a natural precursor to nitric oxide, a boosting agent that increases muscle amp.
Taurine is essential for optimum skeletal muscle performance and exercise capacity. Promotes the reduction of exercise induced oxidative stress in muscle tissue.
L-Glutamine promotes muscle cell volume, muscle glycogen storage, nitrogen delivery and growth hormone production.

Final Thoughts
Like many similar blends on the market, this is a decent product. It’s not tremendously unique, but we do like the inclusion of beta alanine in the mix which you won’t get with many outdated compositions. If you want to pay the price, it’s not going to disappoint–but we can guarantee there are better products available.
