This blend looks great, especially the inclusion of the neuro-stimulating herbs and aminos. It’s vital to maintain focus during a workout, and that added into the mix can help tremendously. There seems to be a lot of Beta Alanine and Creatine in the blend, which is essential to have an intense and powerful workout.
Beta Alanine is the sports nutrition world’s newest favorite, its backed by numerous scientific studies and hard evidence.
“Benefits of Beta-Alanine as supported by scientific studies:
Increase Muscular Strength & Power Output.
Increases Muscle Mass
Increase Anaerobic Endurance
Increases Aerobic Endurance
Delay Muscular Fatigue- Train Harder & Longer”
Creatine is one of the most popular products used amongst sports enthusiasts. It works by helping increase glutamine levels in muscle-tissue, helping to intensify output.
“Creatine works by saturating your muscles with a high-energy compound called creatine phosphate, and it can be used by the body as an immediate energy supply when you need to push out those last few reps in the gym. Creatine also hydrates muscle cells with water, promoting muscle fiber growth.”
Review
Reviews from customers on this product have been overall fairly good. The only complaints we’ve noted have been a long-term reliance, the intensity goes down. That is a common problem with pre-workout supplements, which is why body builders cycle through products. They dose fairly high, ten capsules per serving, which is a lot, and with only 24 servings per bottle–you’re looking at a moderately expensive product. There are so many pre-workout supplements out there right now, take your time in choosing.
