Beyond Raw Ravage

A hybrid car is something that blends two different types of fuels, usually gas and electric, to help you have even more efficiency in getting from point A to point B.

So what’s a hybrid pre-workout supplement? That’s exactly what we were thinking when we saw that GNC is marketing its Beyond Raw Ravage as the world’s first hybrid workout booster.

In part intrigue and part duty, we decided to take a closer look at Beyond Raw Ravage to see if it really was the next best thing to hit the workout supplement industry, or if it was just another lemon.

What Does Beyond Raw Ravage Do?

Although GNC is not extremely specific about what Beyond Raw Ravage is a hybrid of, the company does mention that this pre-workout supplement will both boost your energy levels and increase the volume of your blood vessels by adding more Nitric Oxide to your blood stream.

This is supposed to not only help you workout at a more intense level, but you are also supposed to be able to feel less fatigue and continue working out for longer amounts of time. Thus, resulting in more benefits each time you hit the gym.

What Does Beyond Raw Ravage Have Going For It?

After looking at the ingredients in Beyond Raw Ravage, we found that there was a good amount of Creatine, with four different types, that has been proven to increase the amount of energy that is delivered to your muscles.

Creatine is a nitrogenous, organic acid that is found naturally in the body and is generally in charge of delivering Adenosine Triphosphate to your muscle cells.

Even though Creatine is effective, you should always monitor your consumption of it, as a large amount of Creatine, even over a long period of time, can actually cause your kidneys and entire renal system to fail.

Should I Try Beyond Raw Ravage?

Despite the fact that Beyond Raw Ravage has a good amount of Creatine, we didn’t see anything in its formula that would actually be able to stimulate the production of Nitric Oxide in the body.

Instead, we found large amounts of Arginine that haven’t been proven to be a precursor to Nitric Oxide like GNC claims. The only thing Arginine will do for you is make you need to urinate more often.

Rather than wasting your time with Beyond Raw Ravage, we recommend looking for a different pre-workout supplement.
