Carnosine helps thicken muscle fibers, eliminating exposure to lactic acid (the burn you feel when you exercise), helping consumers to avoid fatigue or exhaustion. Creatine Nitrate works two ways: creatine nitrate is a mix–the salt of creatine with an organic nitrate or nitrite group. The synthesis of creatine nitrate also results in creatine nitrate esters, although possibly in very low yield. Ingestion disassociates them into their respective parent ions. The nitrate will undergo metabolism to nitric oxide in smooth muscle tissue, resulting in vasodilation. Arginine AKG is an amino acid that works as a vasodilator by creating nitric oxide in the blood stream–greatly increasing flow of oxygen and nutrients into muscle tissue.
The explosive energy blend looks fairly solid, although we would advise you to limit your intake of caffeine as much as possible when combined with creatine. This is because caffeine can limit the body’s ability to assimilate creatine into the muscle tissue, and also the combination can cause severe dehydration.
