Coco Fit

There’s no doubt that sports drinks such as Gatorade and Powerade can help to rehydrate a thirsty and parched body.
But some experts question their overall nutritional value due to the amount of sugar found in these type of drinks. Further, nausea and upset stomachs have been the cause of sports drinks on occasion.
With this in mind, some companies have began to develop alternative health drinks, like the product called Coco Fit.
Created by the company, VPX, Coco Fit is supposedly a healthier and more nutritious option compared to your typical sports drink.
In this review, we’ll put this claim to the test as we try and determine the true value of Coco Fit.
Coconut Nutrition
As its name obviously suggests, Coco Fit’s main ingredient is none other than the sweet taste of coconut water/juice.
If you’re unfamiliar with the benefits of coconut water/juice, studies have shown that its all-natural properties make it a great source of hydration.
Further, subjects who consistently drank coconut were shown to have higher blood volume levels. And perhaps most importantly, evidence shows that coconut water/juice causes no side effects such as nausea or bloating.
As such, it is hard to argue against the nutritional value of Coco Fit. Add to this, the fact that it contains a bevy of antioxidants and Omega 3 Fats in its blend, and its quite safe to say that Coco Fit can be viewed as a synonym for “healthy.”
Taste and Cost
Outside of its nutritional value, VPX has also put a number of hours into making Coco Fit as tasty as possible.
This is evident by the inclusion of two “flavoring technologies” found in this health drink. What these “flavoring technologies” do exactly, is anybody’s guess. But we do know that they contain antioxidants!
Coco Fit comes in four different flavors, including:
Savory Acai
Naturally Naked
Mangosteen Mania
Pomegranate Wild Berry
Switching gears, lets talk about the cost of this coconut-based drink. Whether its due to its more exotic taste or some other unknown reason, VPX has decided to price Coco Fit at $35.88 for a pack of 12-bottles.
In other words, you’re looking at spending almost $3 per bottle of Coco Fit – much to expensive for our liking.
If this is too expensive for your liking as well, we’d suggest finding a cheaper deal. Chances are, there are several online retailers out there who carry Coco Fit at a discounted price.
Closing Remarks
In conclusion, its obvious that VPX has put in a considerable amount of time to create a well-rounded product in Coco Fit, which is good to see when you consider the poor quality of some products that make it onto store shelves.
Still, is Coco Fit that much more effective at re-hydrating your body compared to a leading sports drink?
We’re going to leave that up to you to decide. But either way, you probably can’t go wrong by giving this healthy drink a try, unless you hate the taste of coconut that is.
