What They Claim

The creators say that Endoshield provides the two things that men want most – “peak health and optimal testosterone support.” They do this by including vitamins and minerals that naturally boost testosterone while maintaining a healthy balance of essential nutrients.
Axis Labs claims that their blend of vitamin D3 and its co-factors are proven to be effective in increasing testosterone levels.
Our Research
We were able to look up the six active ingredients used in Endoshield for testosterone boosting and found that these ingredients may, in fact, be effective. Here are the ingredients:
• Vitamin D3
• Magnesium
• Zinc
• Vitamin K2
• Boron
• Quercetin
We were able to find some tests involving these ingredients. Vitamin D3 acts as the anchor of this group of ingredients because it provides the largest results when it comes to testosterone production. Studies have shown that high doses of vitamin D in the blood stream can increase testosterone. Many dietary supplements don’t contain enough vitamin D to effect testosterone levels but Endoshield’s 2500 IU of vitamin D is plenty.
According to Axis Labs, vitamin D3 alone is not enough and requires a host of co-factors to contribute to testosterone production. These co-factors are magnesium, zinc, vitamin K2 and boron. They are all natural and have been shown to individually aid in increasing testosterone.
Finally, Quercetin adds the finishing touch. Supplying the body with testosterone is not enough according to the makers of Endoshield, because there are numerous enzymes that get in the way. Aramotase, particularly, is an enzyme that converts testosterone into estrogen. Quercetin may not increase testosterone levels but it hinders the effect aramotase has on testosterone.
