Femergy

Are you a woman looking for a pre-workout supplement that will give you energy and stabilize your mood? Is it important for you to have a product that is made from all-natural ingredients? Femergy might be just the thing for you.

Femergy is manufactured in the United Kingdom and catered specifically to women. It has a variety of ingredients designed to give you energy for your workout in a safe, effective form. We decided to take a look at this product to see if it lives up to this claim.

What is Femergy Supposed to Do?

The main results that Femergy claims to provide are immediate energy to the body and brain and stabilization of mood and hormones. It does this using ingredients that are derived from natural and whole food ingredients; because they are supposed to be absorbed more quickly by your body.

Femergy does not use sugar or caffeine and so is safe for women who are vegetarian, vegan or on a diabetic diet. Three of the ingredients used to achieve the desired effects, energy and stabilization, are Peruvian Maca, Ginkgo Biloba, and Brazilian Ginseng. The manufacturers of Femergy also claim that this product is safe enough to be used on a daily basis and that dosage sizes can be increased as needed.

What Makes Femergy Work?

In our review of Femergy, the first factor we looked at was the previously mentioned ingredients.

Peruvian Maca is included because it can enhance a woman’s sex drive and balance her hormones. These are the reasons it is usually used. However, it also has energizing effects.

Ginkgo Biloba also increases energy and has the added bonus of better focus and memory. This could give you the added focus and concentration you need at the gym or at home.

Brazilian Ginseng has a list of benefits including increased oxygenation to the cells and better hormonal balance. Besides the advantage this could be to your workout, the manufacturers added Brazilian Ginseng because it is purported to work along with Ginkgo Biloba to achieve better focus.

Part of the effectiveness of these ingredients is based on the actual amount used, unfortunately, these amounts are not known for sure. Another potential problem of Femergy is that the positive effects of the ingredients has not fully been substantiated by clinical research.

Side Effects of Femergy?

Any side effects from Femergy seem to be related to the use of Ginkgo Biloba, which can cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and headaches. Ginkgo Biloba is also not safe for women who are pregnant or using antidepressants. However, the side effects of Femergy seem to be as unfounded as the positive effects.

As it claims, Femergy is indeed all-natural; designed for women; and safe for vegans, vegetarians, or people with diabetes. If effective, Femergy is reasonably priced at the cost of $16 for a bottle of 60 capsules. This does not include the cost of shipping.

Our Thoughts

Femergy has some potential as a pre-workout supplement for women. However, until more information is given about the ingredients used (amount and effectiveness), it is our opinion that women would be better off looking for other all-natural pre-workout supplements designed to give them energy and to stabilize their hormones.
