Intensi-T
When shopping around for the best testosterone booster there are a few things to keep in mind. You should always check the ingredient list on the label and if one isn’t provided, you should probably be wary of that product. Also, proprietary blends will usually mean one of two things; either the company doesn’t want their competition imitating their product or they don’t want to reveal the fact that the dosage of each ingredient is too small to make a difference.
Intensi-T, by Champion Nutrition, utilizes proprietary blends which makes our research a little harder because we aren’t able to determine the effectiveness of its formula. However, we will do our best to determine the rate the effectiveness, safety and overall value of Intensi-T.
Eye Test
The eye test is done to determine the effectiveness of a product by breaking down its ingredients and digging up consumer reviews. After all, we can research the ingredients all we want, but if it’s not working in the real world, why would we recommend it to you? That said, let’s start with the ingredient breakdown.
TestoBlend
One of the proprietary blends in Intensi-T is called TestoBlend. The name comes from its most active ingredient, Testofen Fenugreek Extract. Testofen is a patented form of the natural fenugreek plant extract. Some testing has shown that Testofen increased testosterone levels by over 98% among participants.
Other ingredients included in the TestoBlend include tribulus terrestris and eurycoma longifolia. These two ingredients are commonly used among testosterone boosters and are considered safe to use. However, when it comes to effectiveness, T. terrestris has been shown in some tests to be ineffective in increasing testosterone.
Intensi-T Performance Blend
The second of two proprietary blends, the performance blend is designed to inhibit DHT and estrogen production. When testosterone levels increase, the body naturally wants to convert that testosterone into secondary hormones like DHT and estrogen. These secondary hormones cab cause side effects like hair loss and fat pockets in the abdomen and pec areas.
The performance blend contains saw palmetto extract and chrysin. Saw palmetto extract has been tested and shown to decrease DHT production while chrysin is said to be anti-estrogenic. However, recent studies among rats have shown chrysin to be ineffective in hindering the production of estrogen and some rats even gained weight when given the chemical.
Zinc and Magnesium
The minerals zinc and magnesium are used in various testosterone boosters because they are all natural and proven to be effective in raising testosterone levels. Zinc is said to be the most effective mineral when it comes to increasing testosterone while magnesium has been shown in studies to hinder the attraction of testosterone to SHGB making it free (more active).
Because Intensi-T contains some ingredients that have been proven effective and others that have been debunked, we are not completely sold on its capabilities. Add to that the fact that a majority of its formula is proprietary and therefore doesn’t reveal the individual ingredient dosages, we can only give Intensi-T an average score.

Safety Test
Fortunately, most of the ingredients listed have been tested among humans and even though some have been shown to be ineffective, they all seem to be risk-free. In fact, we weren’t able to find any reported side effects relating to Intensi-T. Therefore we are giving this testosterone booster a good safety rating.

Wallet Test
The cheapest bottle of Intensi-T we were able to find was for $18.99 plus shipping. You can probably expect to pay anywhere from $20 to $40 for a container that should lat you a month. That puts intense-T among the less costly testosterone boosters. However, due to our skepticism of its effectiveness, we are not sure it’s even worth the low cost. We’ll give it an above average score, but warn you to purchase at your own risk.

Overall Score
The makers of Intensi-T claim that their product will increase your testosterone levels by 98%. While one ingredient may have done that in a clinical trial, we doubt Intensi-T’s formula will give you those same results. However, you may encounter some positive effects when taking this testosterone booster. Because it is so inexpensive, we don’t see too much of a risk in trying out Intensi-T.
