We strongly recommend this product not be taken alone because you aren’t going to have a complete index of tools at your disposal to fully utilize and repair muscle tissue. The body needs all nine amino acids in the synthesis of protein and rebuilding/support of your muscles. If you only take your BCAA’s you’re missing large components to healing and retention.
Our Take
This could be a potentially beneficial supplement to add into your diet. If taken with other products, it could definitely help you see results and eliminate problems found in lack of BCAA’s. But we definitely don’t see it as a complete product on its own, and buying several supplements to support one element of physiological health can become pricey, quick. We recommend finding a product that includes BCAA’s into its matrix, less hassle, better results.
