Phosflex

Are you feeling achy and tired after working out these days? This soreness and lack of energy may stem from muscles and a body that aren’t recovering properly from workout to workout.
If you think this is the case, then you may want to consider using a post-workout supplement to turn things around.
In this review, we’d like to analyze one post-workout product in particular, known as Phosflex. Created by the company, Betancourt, Phosflex gives your muscles the nutrients they need to refuel and kick back into gear.
In addition, Phosflex has also been designed to handle connective tissue recovery – a unique feature that most other supplements of its kind do not possess…
Its Strengths
Backtracking a bit, its quite amazing when you consider how many post-workout supplements have been created without the manufacturer giving even the slightest thought to addressing connective tissue health.
Sure, muscles take a beating during a workout, but so do connective tissues. Whether you’re in the weight room or on the field, your joints are constantly moving all over the place, which often causes your connective tissues to work extra hard.
So how does Phosflex address connective tissue recovery? Well, you need not look any further than one of its four complexes, called the Joint Support Complex.
This Complex only contains a few ingredients, including Glucosamine HCI and Chondroitin Sulfate. But the sparseness of this Complex is easily forgotten when you consider the health benefits that these two ingredients bring to the table.
Both Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate act as cartilage (connective tissue around the joints) support and can be found in supplement form. Both have been thoroughly studied and are even used to treat severe cases of arthritis.
By including both Chondroitin Sulfate and Glucosamine in Phosflex’s blend, this supplement’s manufacturer’s seem to have given it a decided advantage that its counterparts have yet to match.
Its Weaknesses
In terms of Phosflex and its shortcomings, there isn’t a whole lot to complain about.
That being said, we did find it concerning that there are 45 fat calories and 5 grams of total fat found in each serving of this product. Now, we understand that most athletes need a little extra fat because of their highly-active lifestyles.
But the average person, who isn’t working out for a living, may not need that many extra grams and calories of fat in their diet.
Other Tidbits
Phosflex also contains three complexes dedicated to enhancing muscle recovery. Combined with the Joint Support Complex, these four complexes and their active ingredients make up a dosage level of 45,000 mg – which is not too shabby.
And for the quantity of “goods” that you’re getting in each serving of Phosflex, you can expect to pay no more than $34.99 (manufacturer’s price) for a month’s supply of this supplement.
Also, Phosflex comes in two different flavors including watermelon and fruit punch.
This product can be taken before, during or right after a workout.
In Closing…
So then, where does all this information leave us? Well, if you’re looking for something unique that doesn’t exactly fit the status quo, then we’d suggest that you highly consider the use of Phosflex.
After all, those connective tissues of yours need a little support as well, right?
