Recover-X

If you haven’t already noticed, sculpting and building a muscular body is much harder than advertised.

Not only must you put the effort and hours in at they gym and or on the field, but the use of a quality post-workout supplement is essential for success and results as well.

That being said, it can be just as difficult to find an effective and efficient post-workout supplement as it is to develop a workout plan.

In this review, we’re going to help you out by letting you know whether or not the product known as Recover-X is worthy of your consideration.

So without further ado, let’s begin by explaining how Recover-X works.

What It Claims to Do

Logically, our body’s often kick into overdrive after a sustained workout in order to digest and use nutrients to replenish their “fuel” levels.

As such, post-workout supplements like Recover-X are designed to give a body the fuel it needs to not only recover, but to enhance its anabolic and muscle-building growth.

Along those lines, the makers of Recover-X have created a product that includes a variety of different proteins including Hydrolyzed Whey and Whey Concentrate. These fast-acting proteins can effectively and efficiently give a body’s torn muscle fibers the boost they need to repair themselves into a stronger and larger state.

In addition to the whey proteins found in Recover-X, you can also find 2 grams of the amino acid, L-Arginine, in each serving of this post-workout supplement.

L-Arginine has the unique ability to enhance glycogen storage in the body, which in turn, increases muscle strength, size and mass.

All in all, each serving of Recover-X will give a user 110 grams of fuel that the body can use to rebuild itself after a hearty workout.

One Major Concern

Moving on, Recover-X obviously has a blend that is capable of building muscle and speeding up a body’s recovery process.

On the other hand, we are somewhat concerned about the safety of this product. Although post-workout supplements are generally much safer than anabolic steroids, this particular product actually contains a steroid-like substance known as Methoxyisoflavone.

We say “steroid-like,” because Methoxyisoflavone is not in fact a steroid. Rather, it provides the same muscle-building and performance-enhancing qualities that we often associate with steroids.
But here’s the difference between Methoxyisoflavone and a typical steroid: Methoxyisoflavone, supposedly, does not induce the same side effects that commonly occur with use of steroids.

In other words, Methoxyisoflavone seems to be the perfect ingredient for building muscle. But here’s the catch…many medical sources agree that there is no conclusive evidence which shows that Methoxyisoflavone is any safer than a typical steroid.

What This All Means

In conclusion, we know that Recover-X is capable of being a strong performer.

But is it safe due to the use of Methoxyisoflavone?

That depends on who you ask. Muscle Link, the makers of Recover-X, obviously felt that Methoxyisoflavone could boost the quality of their product.

But others tend to disagree.

As such, we would err on the side of caution with Recover-X. Try using a free- or 30-day trial to see how your body reacts to this product.

If you’re side-effect free after the trial, then you’re good to go. But if Methoxyisoflavone starts affecting your system, we would advise you to look elsewhere.
