Red Dragon Beta Alanine

When most supplements have ingredients lists that are longer than the amount of preservatives you’d find in a Twinkie, it’s surprising to see that Red Dragon Beta Alanine is only outfitted with one ingredient.

But since this pre-workout supplement is supposed to be one of the most effective supplements on the market today, according to its manufacturers Muscle-Link, we decided to take a closer look at Red Dragon Beta Alanine to see what makes it so special.

What Does Red Dragon Beta Alanine Do?

The makers of Red Dragon Beta Alanine know that when you’re lifting weights, the most important reps are the ones that are the hardest to do: the last ones. With your muscles shaking from exhaustion and lactic acid buildup, the reps that you do in that condition are the ones that build the most muscle.

This is because your body will only stimulate the production of more muscle mass if it thinks that you absolutely need it. So if you are doing weight training that barely stimulates you, much less works you to exhaustion, your body won’t both building more muscle.

So with that idea in mind, Red Dragon Beta Alanine was designed to increase your body’s ability to work under that sort of environment. This is supposed to be done by boosting your levels of Carnosine within your muscles.

Since Carnosine has been found to be present in fast-twitch muscles, it has been linked to more success and stronger, fuller muscles.

How Does Red Dragon Beta Alanine Do It?

The one ingredient that Red Dragon Beta Alanine uses is, unsurprisingly, Beta Alanine. This non-essential amino acid is supposed to be able to increase the amount of Carnosine in your body because Carnosine levels are directly limited by the amount of Beta Alanine in the body.

So Mucle-Link is working off the idea that with more Beta-Alanine, your body will be more prone to producing more Carnosine. Although the theory seems right, sometimes the follow through is a little off.

With Beta Alanine, the body will be able to produce more Carnosine, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it will. The fact is, you still have to work just as hard in the weight room, and Red Dragon Beta Alanine won’t help you get through that last set any easier.

Any Other Concerns?

Although Red Dragon Beta Alanine might give you what you need to build muscle, your body is also capable of producing Beta Alanine on its own. Don’t waste your money.
