Ripped Freak

If you’ve ever been frustrated by doing thousands of sit-ups and never seeing your six-pack peek through your abdominal fat, then Ripped Freak might be the pre-workout supplement you’ve been waiting for.

Rather than increase the efficacy of your workout by helping you build more muscle mass, Ripped Freak focuses on increasing your ability to burn fat. This allows for more muscle definition and even the revealing of some muscles that you didn’t know you had.

Because Ripped Freak has a unique an impressive approach to increasing the results of time spent at the gym, we thought we better take a closer look at this product to see what it could really offer.

Background

This pre-workout supplement promises to be different than other products not only in theory, but also in reality. To do this, PharmaFreak, the makers of Ripped Freak, have included never before seen ingredients that they’ve coined hybrid lipolytic compounds.

These new ingredients are supposed to help increase your body’s own natural way of converting fat stores into usable energy by manipulating hormones and compounds on even the cellular level.

History

The theory behind Ripped Freak is that by increasing norepinephrine and epinephrine they will be able to help your body rely more fully on the energy that you’ve spent months or years storing up.

Ripped Freak also plans on increasing the uncoupling protein in the mitochondria so that there will be more heat produced which expends more calories each day. In addition, Ripped Freak is also supposed to boost the activity from the hormone-sensitive lipase which is supposed to allow for more breakdown of fat cells.

Ingredients

Although the science behind Ripped Freak is impressive, we were less than enthusiastic about the ingredients that this product used for the follow through.

Instead of seeing revolutionary and advanced ingredients, we found that Ripped Freak is full of ingredients like the “extract from olive tree leaves” that is supposed to increase your basal metabolic rate but is actually used for exfoliation and moisturizing.

Our Opinion

Even though we were impressed by Ripped Freak’s unique approach to pre-workout supplements, we have to admit that we were not impressed by the ingredients in this pre-workout supplement.

Because we think that there are many other products that have a more impressive formula, we don’t recommend this product for either the break down of fat or even the buildup of more muscle.
