Glutamine is a powerful amino acid that is the precursor to the ATP cycle in the body. Many bodybuilders supplement with glutamine, and its partner–creatine. Glutamine has been found to stimulate the pituitary gland in the brain, helping the body produce more HGH (human growth hormone), which will greatly increase the size of muscle tissue and all functions in the body.
Taurine is an effective antispasmodic and helps the body neurologically deal with stress. Taurine has also been found to be helpful in the assimilation of amino acids, and works to digest and breakdown fat in the body.
Branched Chain Amino Acids make up to 40% of the protein found in muscle tissue and so a vital component to building retaining muscle mass. They are also essential amino acids, meaning the body cannot synthesize them itself–and so they must be attained from food sources or supplements.

Well, it looks like Atomic 7 is a solid blend, but with so many others like it on the market–it’s not very unique. Reviews have said good things about Atomic 7, but we wouldn’t go out of our way for it.
